University - find out more information

One of the best things you can do as a parent is sign up for the UCAS parent newsletter by clicking this link and filling in the details.

Our most vital resource is Unifrog, an incredibly popular online platform which brings all the available information into one single, impartial, user-friendly platform that helps students to make the best choices and submit the strongest applications. Interactive Unifrog guidance sessions are embedded into our destinations programme and delivered by our tutors from the start of Year 12. Unifrog covers a full range of post-18 destinations and supports the whole application process - from deciding on a subject area and logging skills and achievements, to building an application and sending it.

We are also full members of the Norfolk County Higher Aspirations Scheme, which provides opportunities, events, guidance and training to students across the county, with a core missions of enabling Norfolk students to aim higher and go further.

Each year in March, we run a Destinations Evening for Year 12 students and parents to walk through the UCAS process and the essentials of Apprenticeships – this is our most important input for parents during the cycle, so we will make this available to parents after the event if they are unable to attend.

Our Sixth Form students also have access to a wealth of information and guidance on our Sixth Form Destinations Support team on Microsoft Teams. Here we post a wide range of opportunities for work experience and university tasters, as and when they are advertised by the institutions, and we also provide detailed guidance on ‘all things destinations’ in the team folder.
